GummySearch is now closed for business

November 30th, 2025

Hey folks, as of today GummySearch is closed for business. You can read more about the motivation for this change here but the TLDR is that we're shutting down to comply with Reddit's API policies, which forbid commercial applications.

What this means for:

  • Active Subscribers: The product will be available to past customers until the end of their billing period (max 1 year), after which their subscription will not be renewed.
  • Free Tier Users: Free tier users can still log in and download an export of their account data or delete their account. All other functionality is disabled.
  • Day Pass Holders: You are defaulted to free tier access, but can activate any previously purchased day passes for Pro tier access for the day.
  • LTD holders: You'll have access until 11/30/2026.
  • New Users: New account signups are closed. You can go to our alternatives page to find other tools that might help you.

Thank you! 🤍

To everyone who's supported GummySearch by subscribing, giving feedback, or spreading the word, thank you. You helped turn a small solo indie project into something over 140,000 founders, marketers, and investors have relied for fast, valuable, and fun market research.

It's been an incredibly meaningful experience, and I'm deeply grateful for your support.

What's next?

Fed, the maker of GummySearch, will be building more market research products in 2026. If you'd like to request a product or be notified of any future launches, you can do that here or follow along on Twitter/X.

If you're still interested in using other Reddit products, check out GummySearch alternatives here.

Thanks and see you soon.

Cheers,

-Fed
