2k members
r/DietitiansSaidWhatNow is a subreddit with 2k members. The most common kinds of discussions are advice requests and pain & anger, and the community frequently discusses dietitian, dietitians, nutrition, health, and keto.
Because some things dietitians say should be etched in stone. The dietitian industry resists change, resists LCHF, promotes F&V&whole grains without evidence, takes $$$ from Big Food, promotes "well-planned" vegan diets while pretending that carnivore diets are impossible. Becoming an RD is expensive with a 1yr unpaid internship, and the sunk cost & indoctrination results in a zombie-like attitude to conflicting info. A few dietitians change and become Phoenix Dietitians.
