We strive to work less and live more, but acknowledge that in order to do that, our system has to change. We believe in empathy for and solidarity among the lower, working, and middle classes. We reject the status quo of the current labor market that dehumanizes us and ties our worth within society to our job title and income. We demand fairer pay and better working conditions, and an end to the unequal power dynamics between employer and employee, which threatens our livelihood and security.
