: "Anyone with a 2018 VW Passat GTE 1.4 Tsi PHEV had this issue? My AC makes a continuous boiling water/hissing/static noise. It cools and heats fine, but when I change the temp I hear an old door opening/closing sound. Cause? Low refrigerant, actuator, blower, or something else?"
