Trustpilot has a habit of removing negative reviews at the request of companies that pay to be able to manage their Trustpilot profiles. A look at their BBB profile will show numerous negative reviews and complaints of Trustpilot removing legitimate negative reviews. This community was created for people that may have had similar experiences with Trustpilot. I think it is important that people realize that Trustpilot reviews are meaningless due to extreme moderation.
