This subreddit is a forum for critical discussion of the "adopt don't shop" movement. We believe in responsible pet acquisition and support both ethical rescues and reputable breeders. Our goal is to promote informed decision-making by examining the complexities of pet adoption and breeding practices. We encourage the sharing of educational resources, personal experiences, and constructive critiques of unethical rescues
