People who suffer from gout can discuss diet here without being badgered. Very few people can control their gout and uric acid via diet alone, but some might, and some others may be able to reduce medication needs with dietary changes, if they so desire.
This group is NOT primarily about supplements. Excessive posting about supplements is discouraged and could lead to me banning it entirely.
