FAM

"I would recommend looking into FAM (fertility awareness method.) It is most commonly used for sexually active women as either a contraceptive OR to help conceive. It’s like period tracking on steroids haha. With it, I can successfully identify the day that I ovulate and brace myself for literal phase PMDD symptoms. There’s a bit of a learning curve but it’s life changing & empowering!"
