UPDATE I'm 100% sure my boss stole my identity. There are 2 new credit cards on my credit report with a total balance of about $15,000. My credit score dropped from 805 to 550. I was written up when I confronted him about it. (with proof)

New update: Ex-girlfriend opened electric and internet accounts in my name without my knowledge a year after we broke up. Now, they’ve gone to collections and my score dropped 300 points. She told me to “grow up” and pay them off for her.

The credit score system in America is majorly flawed. I pay off my debt, my score goes from 795 to 738. The credit bureaus are NOT government entities, yet they essentially control your life.

Why the fuck are there three independent bureaus not tied to the government dictating Americas financial health with all types of funky rules that aren’t transparent ?
