r/irlADHD is a subreddit with 12k members. The most common kinds of discussions are advice requests and pain & anger, and the community frequently discusses adhd, medication, emotions, hate, and focus, and they frequently recommend/review planner app.
A place to discuss the less palatable issues in the ADHD neurodivergent community. Ask questions and share stories about addiction, relationship issues, bullying issues, and other shit that is hard to have conversations about. This is a type of "safe space" as we will ask Neurotypicals to avoid commenting on certain posts (see flair). We want open and honest discussions about the issues we face while we navigate a world striving for order, while our minds are chaos.
