r/LagreeMethod is a subreddit with 4k members. Its distinguishing qualities are that the community is medium in size.
The Lagree Method is a workout developed by Sebastien Lagree and is done on a Pilates-inspired machine called a megaformer (or a microformer or miniformer, also designed by Lagree). It is a cardio- and strength-based workout that is high intensity, low impact.
Lagree is not Pilates. Pilates is not Lagree. Both are great, but they are not interchangeable.
This sub is not affiliated with Lagree or the company in any way. Please review the rules before posting!
