How to Search Keywords on Reddit

Search for specific keywords across Reddit communities in your target audience to find relevant conversations and insights.

Note: This feature is most powerful when you have a well-defined audience. If you don't have one yet, it is recommended to create one first.

1. Select Your Target Audience and Enter Your Keyword

To search for keywords within your audience, navigate to your selected audience and enter your keyword or phrase in the search box. Then, click "Browse" to see the results.

2. Review Your Search Results

Your results will show up to 100 conversations that mention your keyword within your audience subreddits. Each result includes the post title, preview, number of upvotes, number of comments, source subreddit, and post date.

3. Filter and Sort Results

You can organize your results by:

  • Recent: Most recently posted conversations

  • Upvotes: Most upvoted conversations

  • Comments: Conversations with the most comments

You can also use the aggregate charts and filters to narrow down results and focus on highly engaging content.

4. Take Action on Results

Click on any result to read the full post and comments. If you want to monitor ongoing conversations about your keyword, click "Track keyword" to set up alerts.

Tip: Use your keyword search results for customer discovery, market research, content ideas, and competitive analysis.
